MizuFi is a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol that provides liquidity management tools for Solana-based DLMM (Dynamic Liquidity Market Maker) pools.
MizuFi provides a non-custodial interface for managing liquidity in DLMM pools on the Solana blockchain. Our service allows users to discover pools, analyze performance metrics, add/remove liquidity, and track their positions. We do not custody, control, or have access to user funds at any time. All transactions are executed directly on the Solana blockchain through user-controlled wallets.
You are solely responsible for: (a) maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys; (b) all transactions you initiate through MizuFi; (c) compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction; (d) understanding the risks associated with DeFi protocols and cryptocurrency trading; (e) conducting your own research before making any investment decisions. You acknowledge that you are using MizuFi at your own risk.
DeFi protocols involve significant risks including but not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities, impermanent loss, market volatility, slippage, and potential loss of funds. MizuFi does not guarantee profits or protection against losses. The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and unpredictable. Past performance does not indicate future results. You should never invest more than you can afford to lose.
MizuFi provides tools and information for educational purposes only. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend or endorse any specific pools, tokens, or investment strategies. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
All content, features, and functionality of MizuFi, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and code, are owned by MizuFi and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to: (a) use MizuFi for any illegal purposes or money laundering activities; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the service; (d) use automated systems or bots without permission; (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (f) engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to MizuFi. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MizuFi and its developers, contributors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MizuFi, its developers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international law applicable to decentralized protocols. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against MizuFi.
